EARLY FINALS REQUEST PROCEDURES:
· May 12th - Forms available in the Assistant Principal’s Office · Student takes form home to have parent complete and sign · Student takes form with parent signature to the teacher of any class they will miss to make arrangements for the final · Each teacher should note the arrangements they have made with the student on the form · May 19th – this is the deadline to turn in completed forms to the Assistant Principal’s Office. Students will be given a copy at that time. · Teachers send copy of tests labeled with students name to the A.P.’s office if they will be administering the exam over summer break |
